They help as much as they can and always like to see customers leave with smile on there faces.

I had an exceptional experience at cash city Guildford, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Matt and Brayden. They were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout my visit. The store had a fantastic selection of products, and the staff made sure I found exactly what I needed. Their professionalism and friendliness truly set cash city Guildford apart. I couldn't be happier with my visit, I highly recommend this place for any loan or item you could possibly need. Five stars!

6 months ago I bought a drone from Cash City Guilford for $350. It was advertised as working, great condition, and fully tested. Cool. I had hoped to use it for photography on a trip I was taking around Australia. My partner and I tried to link the drone up for the first time and got an error code once we had departed Perth and were in Kalbarri. When we re-examined the drone extremely carefully we found small areas of damage consistent with a previous crash. It won't connect to any devices. It is unflyable. No biggie right? It's a drone, it's secondhand, these things happen, and we can sort it out with the business, right? WRONG. Here's where it STARTS to get aggravating. I contacted Cash City and explained the situation, and told them since I am travelling, a replacement would not be convenient, and i'd be happy to send the drone back for a refund if they find it to be fautly. Cash City then didn't contact me again for over 6 weeks. I tried messaging them 3 times in that time. I called them, only to be told that there was nothing that could be done because it had been over a month. After further explaining the situation, I was hung up on. And no, I wasn't being rude or aggressive, as I've worked in customer service roles and know how stressful they can be. By this point I'm just amazed and surprised. I call back and manage to speak to the owner, Brett Gorry, who does not let me get a word in edgewise, literally speaking over me every time I try to find solutions with him, and then he also hangs up on me. Very long story short, I get consumer protection involved, and they also have heaps of trouble trying to get any response from Cash City. I am advised to send the drone back (at my own expense) by consumer protection, which I do, and am offered store credit or a replacement. Wanting nothing more to do with these people, I accept a replacement. Cool. Then I am told that I will have to PAY FOR POSTAGE TO HAVE THE REPLACEMENT SENT. After they have found the drone to be faulty and admitted this. It has now been 6 months of trying to sort this situation out with this ridiculous place. So if you're still reading, the moral of this story is, if you want to avoid feeling like you need a massage and meditation classes after dealing with a business, avoid Cash City. To his credit, the manager Matthew was actually a decent human. But all Cash cities are owned by Brett, so beware.
